Thank you for this, Jane. Beginning in October, I developed a chronic pain condition that I’m certain came from a season of bracing against tension. I cried every day in November and December as doctors continually said, “there’s no cure.” But in January, I began to practice unbracing. The pain is still here, but as a messenger and companion. I know it is the Way.
